hye hye :) most of marinade things I learned from License to Grill. ahaa.. but I didn't take 1o0% recipes from it. Mostly I'll create it and bantai2 masuk ingredient. :p that is ME! but sometimes jadi or TAK jadi . I don't know how to cook malaysians food :p kari? masak lemak? ahaa sorry I can't cook that.. but what i know is learn and CREATE something. LOL

So today I would like to show you how to marinade chicken. :) you also can marinade with prawn.

First of all, what you need is a CHICKEN (important)

INGREDIENT :

Oyster Sause , Black Paper Sause & Olive Oil


Chicken Stock
Honey !
Black Paper
Mixed Herbs
Cinnamon

Second, mix all liquid ingredient.. Oyster Sause , Black Paper Sause , Olive Oil , Chicken Stock & Honey ! (pandai2 bajet brap[e bnyk ek! z agak2 je )
oouh yea. we don't need salt.. chicken stock already salty. If you don't have honey. you also can use brown sugar. and if you dont have olive oil, just use butter(tersgt boleh) .

Then, mix all dry ingredient..
If you don't have that mixed herbs or spices.. you also can use fresh herbs and ground chilli (if nk pedas)

mix mix mix mix.. tasted a lil bit. yummy.. :p
DONE?? then put in refrigerator for about 4-6 hours.. let the flavour absorbed into that chicken. So that when you grill or fry it. It will tasted that flavour.
